Activity 1
When someone is feeling upset or overwhelmed, the way those around them act can significantly affect their own emotions. If someone is calm and collected, even when another person is upset, it can help the upset person to calm down as well. It's best to help someone stay in control of their emotions, but if they become too upset, being calm yourself and showing them how to calm down can be helpful. Adults should ideally support others in staying emotionally balanced.
